It’s almost impossible to find any information on Khwezi, the producer behind the recently released ‘B O Y x G I R L’. Even having achieved over half a million streams with ‘Feeling High’, released last year, Khwezi’s social media accounts leave no clues or hints to the man behind the music. His new track, however, is a shiny piece of electropop, with great production and quirky touches. The real joy of ‘B O Y x G I R L’ comes just after the one minute mark, when Khwezi’s true colours shine through with a warped, bassy chorus enriched with warm synths and a snappy snare pattern.
